This Shipping Policy specifies the processing, shipping, delivery and relevant regulations for all orders placed on our official store. By completing an order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms stated below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days upon successful payment confirmation. Weekends and official U.S. public holidays are excluded from business processing days.
We reserve the right to appropriately extend the order processing period under special circumstances, including but not limited to order peak seasons, out-of-stock inventory, and shipping address verification exceptions.
2. Shipping Destination
We provide shipping services to the United States and other supported international countries and regions.
Shipments to PO boxes, military restricted areas, and remote unserviced locations are not available.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate
Domestic U.S. standard shipping: 7–25 business days.
International shipping: 10–25 business days. The actual delivery time is subject to customs clearance progress and local logistics efficiency.
All delivery timeframes are estimated values for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination address of your ordered items.
Free shipping promotions are subject to specific activity rules. If the order is returned or refunded, the original free shipping benefit will be automatically invalidated.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For all international orders, any applicable local sales taxes, customs duties, import fees and clearance charges shall be borne solely by the customer.
We are not responsible for package detention, inspection fees, or order returns caused by local import policy regulations.
6. Shipping Address Modification
Please double-check and confirm your shipping address before completing payment.
No address modifications are permitted once the order has been shipped. We shall not be held liable for package loss or delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can check the real-time delivery status via the official tracking portal. Please collect and sign for your package in a timely manner.
8. Lost / Stalled / Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost, severely delayed, or marked as undelivered, please follow the rules below:
- Contact our customer support team within 25 days after the order shipment;
- We will initiate an official logistics investigation for your package;
- Refund or reshipment solutions will be arranged in accordance with the official logistics investigation result.
No unconditional direct refund will be provided without official logistics confirmation.
9. Unclaimed & Returned Packages
Packages returned to our warehouse due to customer-related reasons including unclaimed pickup, incorrect shipping address, recipient refusal, and long-term uncollected status will be deemed as customer-initiated returns.
The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any shipping delays, package loss or detention caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, logistics service suspension, customs policy adjustments, epidemic prevention and control measures, and other uncontrollable external circumstances.
